National Windscreens signs as full partner of Connected Solutions


National Windscreens has renewed its partnership with Industry Insights for a further two years and is now a Full Partner of the Connected Solutions end-to-end supply chain proposition. 

This news comes hot off the heels of a record-breaking 2019 for Connected Solutions, with c£85m interactions – 55% growth versus 2018. National Windscreens continues to be the exclusive ‘windscreen replacement partner’, a critical area of the motor claims supply chain.

In November, Connected Solutions hit a peak of 7.7% motor claims touched (on average utilising five Partners each time), with National Windscreens – one of the 20-strong Partner line-up – a key part of the success. The continuing partnership is helping to deliver on National Windscreens's objective of providing a leading windscreen replacement and repair service to the insurance and fleet market.
