National Windscreens staff show true spirit of Christmas

Alt text not availableStaff at National Windscreens have shown the true spirit of Christmas this year – by raising money for charity instead of sending each other Christmas cards.

Natalie Howitt and Nathan Adam led the fund-raising effort by donning fancy dress and collecting donations from staff based at the company’s Regional operations in Bristol.

Nathan donned a fun Christmas fox outfit while Natalie wore a fabulous Christmas jumper to get everyone into the festive spirit. They also held a bake sale and altogether they raised the grand sum of £367, which will be donated to the Jessie May charity.

Nicky Coetsee, Regional Director at National Windscreens, said: “This was a fantastic idea by our staff to collect for charity rather than send cards to each other and I would like to thank them for showing what the festive season is really about.

“Christmas is a time when our thoughts naturally go towards those less fortunate than ourselves. I’m sure this donation will help make a real difference to a charity which provides nursing care at home for families who have children with life limiting illnesses,” she added.
