National Windscreens announced as Customer Service Excellence Awards Finalist

The award category was open to any company that highlights a product that emphasizes customer care and improves systems previously in place, demonstrating success of the product performance in regards to the customer journey. National Windscreens has been shortlisted for the award because of its right first time glass selection and one stop service for windscreen replacement and ADAS calibration, maximizing safety and convenience for policyholders.

The unique PartscheckTM system has now delivered 99.5% accuracy on right first time glass selection on over 1 million occasions. Some windscreen replacement companies are reported to have up to 50% wasted appointments due to incorrect glass selection.
