Analysis: How can insurers offset the increased repairer costs associated with ADAS?

Motor insurers operate in an immensely competitive market and while advancing vehicle technology is reducing accident frequency, it is increasing costs for vehicle damage claims. A recent report by Insurance POST looks at what the sector can do to make sure the pros of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) outweigh the cons.

The report is sponsored by National Windscreens, who strongly believe that correctly calibrated ADAS means optimised driver safety and a reduced number of claims.

National Windscreens is continuously working hard to help insurers gain the maximum cost benefits offered by ADAS, in reducing at fault accident claims and thereby offset the increased repair costs associated with this technology.
