Coronavirus Statement - 20th March

The global coronavirus outbreak is slowing global commerce and we are continually assessing the full business impact to National Windscreens and its customers. We continue to monitor the situation and are taking appropriate steps to safeguard our employees and customers.

Securing our supply chain is a priority for us. We are regularly communicating with suppliers and transportation partners to ensure that we have sufficient stock available to us to meet market demand.

As of today, 20 March 2020, we have no recorded specific disruptions to our supply chain (incoming goods from suppliers). We have significant stocks of glass and consumables to meet forecasted demand some way into the future.

We have put contingency plans in place to ensure that normal support services are available to respond to customer calls and normal administration. Security of customer data remains a priority.

Our multi-site structure provides the flexibility to move resource and ensure that we are able to cover the requirements of our key fleet, blue light and insurance clients in a timely manner.

Please be assured that National Windscreens is working to maintain our high standards of service whilst protecting the health of our team and customers in conditions which are unprecedented in recent years.
