To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please:
Remove any accessories
Please remove any items attached to the affected glass, as well as anything that may block access to it. This includes parking permits, stickers, child seats, dog cages, and other accessories. Dash cams must also be removed for GDPR compliance. These items will need to be refitted by you afterwards.
Clear personal belongings
Please ensure the area where we will be working on the vehicle is free from personal items, as we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.

Glass Removal
Our technicians will do their best to remove any broken glass from your vehicle. However, some small glass fragments may remain. We recommend vacuuming your vehicle after the appointment to remove any remaining pieces. In some cases, broken glass can become trapped in hard-to-reach areas, such as inside door panels. While we will make every effort to clear as much as possible, some glass may remain in these areas.

Aftercare Advice
To protect your new glass and ensure your warranty remains valid, do not wash your vehicle for at least 72 hours after the replacement. This allows the adhesive to fully set and ensures a secure bond.
