Get ready for your appointment

To help us complete your replacement and calibration smoothly, please:

Remove personal devices or accessories

Please remove any items attached to the affected glass, as well as anything that may block access to it. This includes parking permits, ariels, stickers, child seats, dog cages, and other accessories. Dash cams must also be removed for GDPR compliance. These items will need to be refitted by you afterwards.

Clear personal belongings

Please ensure the area where we will be working on the vehicle is free from personal items, as we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.

Turn off vehicle valet mode

If your vehicle has this valet mode feature, please ensure it is turned off or disabled.

Disable security systems

Any additional security or immobiliser systems should be turned off or set to service mode.

Tesla owners

Please ensure your key card is present, your PIN code is disabled and Sentry Mode is turned off to comply with GDPR regulations.

Ensure your vehicle is legally roadworthy

Please make sure your vehicle has a valid MOT as this is also required for us to complete the work.

What to Expect with an ADAS appointment

  • Glass Removal

Our technicians will do their best to remove any broken glass from your vehicle. However, some small glass fragments may remain. We recommend vacuuming your vehicle after the appointment to remove any remaining pieces. In some cases, broken glass can become trapped in hard-to-reach areas, such as inside door panels. While we will make every effort to clear as much as possible, some glass may remain in these areas.

  • How Long Will ADAS Calibration Take?

We may need your vehicle for up to 4 hours to complete the replacement and calibration.

  • Fuel & Battery Requirements

As part of the calibration process, we may need to drive your vehicle. Please ensure:

    • Electric vehicles are fully charged
    • Petrol or diesel vehicles have a full tank of fuel
  • Aftercare Advice

Do not wash your vehicle for at least 72 hours after the replacement. This allows the adhesive to fully set and ensures your warranty remains valid. For full details, please visit our website to view our Terms and Conditions.

Please be aware:

While we take care when working on your vehicle, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to paintwork, trims, or panels caused by, or related to the original damage or the impact that led to the glass replacement.
