Insurance Sales Director, Rob Stevens, comments, “The insurance sector continues to be a key growth market for National Windscreens. Our dedicated service has been developed based upon our understanding of the industry’s needs and is backed up by a leading NPS score and time to serve statistics, meaning our customers can be confident that their policy holders will receive an excellent service at all times.”

Delegates at the motor claims conference will be able to witness the expert capabilities of a National Windscreens’ glazing technician in action with demonstrations of the windscreen repair process. There will also be an opportunity to win a magnum of champagne by taking part in a quick ‘Guess the Chip’ competition.

As evidence of its commitment to customer service, the independently owned company introduced the Net Promoter Score system two years ago to monitor customer feedback – the 2014 score to date is an impressive 83.3.

National Windscreens also boasts an industry leading ‘time to serve’, with the average job taking just 1.6 days from initial booking to completion during the last six months – meeting its ambitious target of offering same day / next day service for all customers.

The Company’s 108 UK fitting centres, the largest network in its field, enable extensive stock-holdings and ensure that inclement weather does not result in unnecessary delays, whilst membership of the Automotive Glass Europe network allows customers to access the same superior level of service offered in the UK in 15 countries throughout the continent with just one call to the UK contact centre.

National Windscreens also prides itself on its dedicated fleet cover service – it is primary supplier to over 30 car fleets in the FN50, as well as to three of the top five daily rental fleets. And its service is not limited to cars and vans – National Windscreens operates dedicated specialist glazing services for buses and coaches and plant and agriculture which include highly trained technicians and specially trained, knowledgeable call handlers.

The one day event is billed as the biggest motor claims conference in the industry and is expected to attract hundreds of key stakeholders from across the UK.

Rob continues, “The insurance sector offers significant potential for National Windscreens - my colleagues and I are looking forward to meeting a wide variety of senior decision makers face to face to discuss how our dedicated service could benefit their organisations.”
