National Windscreens will have a fresh new face from 1st June 2012. A new corporate identity is being launched to more accurately reflect its position as the largest independent repair and replacement specialist in the automotive glazing sector.

With over 100 branches and 800 mobile fitting units featuring the new identity throughout the UK it will certainly have a high profile.

Pete Marsden, Commercial Director at National Windscreens commented: “The new corporate identity has been designed to reflect the factors that our customers rate most highly in what is often a distress purchase situation – namely being reliable, clear and to the point.

Pete continues: “The new identity will be rolled out over the next few months and will be supported with a new website, corporate brochure and PR campaign. Our objective is to raise the profile of the National Windscreens brand in line with our position as one of the market leaders in this sector”

Established over thirty years ago, National Windscreens has grown and evolved throughout this time thanks largely to the stability offered by its independent ownership, which also brings a unique level of commitment and expertise to this long established organisation.

More recently the company has announced record growth and underlined its intention of being the clear market leader in the UK automotive glazing sector with a series of high profile account wins in the insurance and fleet sectors. Over the past 12 months the company has grown by 74% and has announced plans that will see their growth continue this year.

Over the past couple of months National Windscreens has been appointed preferred supplier to both Chubb Insurance and Brit Insurance, building on its previous success in winning the Admiral contract. Already established as the clear market leader in the fleet sector, the company has further secured its position with the announcement this month that they are now the primary supplier to Lex Autolease.

In a market where many of its competitors are reducing head counts and closing branches, National Windscreens continues to buck the trend in the automotive glazing sector.
